The objective of the quantitative cross-sectional correlation study was to examine undergraduate student's perceptions of teacher-bullying and if there was a perceived correlation to the student's self-reported academic performance, social confidence, and leadership skills while they were in high school. The college students reflected on their experience in high school to answer the research questions. Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the conceptualization and victimization concept is the theoretical framework for this study. The theories and concepts provide an in-depth perspective on human behaviors and the psychology of a bully through historical and germinal literature. A simple regression analysis from the Pearson Correlation test was used to accomplish the purpose of this study.
